Take It Apart Before You Use It
Any framework worth having can be pulled apart and understood. Once you can see why each step is in there, you can tell which ones your business actually needs and which ones are somebody else's habit.
Learn It Before You Hand It Off
You can't delegate what you don't understand. Build it, run it yourself for a few rounds, then hand it to a VA or an automation. Handing off something you never understood just moves the confusion.
Build It Around How You Work
Some people batch everything on a Monday. Some work in short bursts daily. Some live in their inbox and some never open it. Your systems should bend to that, not the other way around.
